Training and Training Methods

 

Face-to-face:

This method, as the name suggests, involves training the users face-to-face. This is used mainly when there are a small number of people to train.

On the job training

This type of training involves the trainee learning by working along side the person with the current training needed; the trainee is shown how to perform tasks. This is usually done on-site and is mainly one-on-one.

In-house courses

This is when training of staff and employees are done on-site.

 

External Courses

External courses are the opposite of in-house courses. They are done off-site. For example, trainning courses offered at univerisities would be considered external.
